(More customer reviews)I picked one of these up after seeing that Keith Urban uses one (check out the interviews with his tech on Guitar.com) and loves it. Though its called a Distortion box its more of an overdrive, that said it can get pretty gained-out at higher settings. The tone knob can make some big changes as well, past twelve it really adds a lot of high end and openness. Below twelve you can definitely get some darker and thicker tones.
I actually run it with the distortion all the way down and the tone just past noon, this gives me a nice overdriven tone with a little bit of hair that works with well with guitar volume adjustments. For the price, you can't do much better.
